• DELIVERY & RETURNS

  A product can be returned to MONTROI within 10 days of the delivery date by filling out the online return form. Items must reach MONTROI’s warehouse in Dubai within 30 days of original delivery. For more information please check the Terms and Conditions section. Any taxes and duties that can be calculated in advance will be added to the order before check out. For the Countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated beforehand, these must be paid at delivery to the courier.

• PERSONALISATION

  MONTROI offers a complimentary personalisation service through a handmade artisanal process of ‘marquage à chaud’. Each personalisation is unique as it is carefully undertaken by hand. Imperfections may occur which we believe show each items individuality and beauty. Personalised items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.
